You're so nice, you tie me in a web and cradle me till dawn. You're so deadly, that I can see your breath beneath me when you're gone.

4 am is when birds start singing. It's too damn early.
I can't believe I just changed the time setting on my computer, so that when InDesign exported the document that I am sending to print tomorrow, the page information doesn't show that I am actually PDFing at 4am. Guess I just want some printers, whom I've never met, to think I'm normal, and not badly organised, even though most students do this kind of thing at the last minute.
The book is done. I'm pretty much over beards now.
Now to get on with the ever expanding list of shit that needs to get done. I wish I could focus on more than one thing at a time.

Love, respect, rock and roll, I will miss you Dean. I am devastated that you have gone. I can't imagine my life without your band, thanks for all the awesome shows, and the amazing things you have done for Australian music.

It's been so long LJ, I should use you properly.
Hi, how's up?
I live in a house in Richmond with Steve and Nathan. I like my house. I am finishing uni this year, unless something goes drastically wrong. I'm mostly very tired and feel the need to sleep for extremely long periods, usually over 12 hours or more. I have a fringe now. I prefer to talk less, except when I'm really drunk and it all kinda flows out like some kind of verbal gushing waterfall. I still wear pink most of the time.
Love Emmy.

I wrote a whole bunch of stuff here, then deleted it to say that i feel that what I have to say is mostly unreasonable, or irrelevant.

[16 Dec 2008|02:02am] |
Who planted the tree behind our fence, and since we lived here, has it always sheltered pretty much our whole backyard? Why do the flats behind my house always have their windows slightly open, I mean all of them? Why does that cat sit on the fence post late at night, staring at the rats in the neighbours garden, but never seem to try to kill any rats? Why is richmond full of strange pipes that are apparently for venting sewers/storm water drains? Why is my browser still set to American spelling? Why is there an informercial for a convection oven, when most people have the regular kind of oven that does the exact same thing? Why is the guy with the loud muffler home at 2am? whycan'tigetmyshittogether, whyisn'tchristmastoveryet, whyam i alwaysawake, whyamitranslucent?

Nathan just reminded me of the time we watched this exact part of x - men over and over and over and I couldn't stop laughing. And still.

It's raining in Melbourne. I am smoking twice as many cigarettes as normal. I want to listen to Veruca Salt on my own. But there is someone in my lounge room.
